DXS has been providing clinical decision support systems to the NHS for the past 15 years, we do this by integrating within the Clinical Systems used in Primary Care. DXS has a long standing history of providing an excellent service to an ever growing estate of Clinical Commissioning Groups. The many elements of our software provide an all-encompassing tool that has become crucial to thousands of GP’s who serve the purpose of ensuring a patient is treated quickly, correctly and efficiently. 

Account Manager will be:

  • Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing client base, building relationships and developing new accounts
  • Establishing client developmental needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Presenting new versions and providing demonstrations to a range of audiences
  • Designing, building and implementing new clinical content in line with client’s specification and needs
  • Ensuring DXS usage is increasing across all CCGs annually

Experience essential for this role:

  • Managing multiple accounts , whilst ensuring high quality service
  • Collaborating with internal departments
  • Product development and implementation
  • Conducting presentations

Experience desirable for this role:

  • Project management
  • Budgeting and forecasts
  • Working with GP practices or any other NHS bodies

Skill set required:

  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritise many tasks in the working day, acting on customer needs
  • Good IT skills - Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to analyse problems and assess possible solutions
  • Excellent team working and people skills
  • Effective organisational ability
  • The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
