It’s your passion for sales and customer service that really counts as well as your proven experience of working in a trade sales environment.

Your role

As part of the Trade Sales Management Team for the area, you’ll lead by example, connecting with our customers and getting to know them by name. Letting them know all about our latest offers, it will be up to you to develop and drive a sales strategy, proactively attract new customers and suggest products that will help them get the job done. Driving the ethos of customer relationship management throughout the Trade Sales Counter is a key part of the role.

With some experience of retail or account management, you’ll lead the team - hitting sales targets, keeping our customers happy and making sure every aspect of your Trade Sales Counter runs smoothly from cash handling to customer relationship management. Somebody who never settles for second best, you must also be hard working and supportive with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead and develop your team, to be the best they can be.
