Regional Sales manager/Sales Executive/Business Development Manager. Fantastic opportunity, created through growth. £40K-£50K Basic dependent on experience, plus bonus, Car allowance of £7800, 25 days holiday and other benefits. Project led, specification role for an ambitious sales professional.


- Our client is a multi-million pound designer, manufacturer and supplier of specialist above and below ground concrete structural solutions. They are well established and highly regarded, with good longevity of staff. On the back of a very successful 2016, they are now looking to add to their project sales team, to cover East London, South East London and North East London.


- Covering the Eastern half of the M25 being St Albans to the North and Reigate to the South, this role has come about due to expansion.

- Project/specification led, you will be gaining specifications, or breaking other companies specs, by promoting our clients range of above and below ground building super-structure specialist concrete solutions.

- These concrete structural solutions are used in a multitude of super-structure building applications, including the building of multi-storey car parks, office buildings, retail parks, residential and commercial high rise buildings, leisure centres, sports arenas etc.

- You will be selling to specifiers, Structural Engineers, Main contractors, specialist concrete frame and groundwork sub contractors, pre-casters.

- You will be covering Barking and Dagenham, Bexley, Greenwich, Hackney, Havering, Lewisham, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Bromley, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Sutton, Wandsworth, Thornton Heath, Ilford, Catford etc.

- Projects could range from £10k- £200k+ and you'll be targeted to generate £1.5million- £2million in revenue in Year 1.

- You will have approximately 100-150+ accounts on Day 1 on your territory and the role will be 50% development of those accounts and 50% new business.

- You will conduct regular CPD seminars and provide advice to professional bodies to gain product specifications and further enhance the Company's profile and influence industry issues to the Company's benefit.


- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of specification sales success, with a structural building product.

- You will have good contacts and experience of selling to Structural Engineers, Main contractors, specialist concrete frame and groundwork sub contractors, pre-casters.

- You will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, be striving for continuous improvement, be customer focused, organised, with a good technical understanding.

- You will be a chameleon, able to deal with a structural engineer, architect or specifier one minute and a main or sub-contractor the next.

- You will have a clear understanding of the procurement processes/routes to market in the construction sector.

- You will have a proven track record in securing business with new clients.


- Basic salary of £40,000- £50,000 dependent on experience
