Localised marketing is an exciting new area for this Multi-Channel Retail Brand using location relevant marketing, to optimising sales, providing an integrated, cross channel shopping experience.

Local marketing is growing rapidly across the industry and this brand are leading the way in this area, developing products to build deeper connections with our customers as well partnering with channel leaders, to ensure their products best suit our needs.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement the local strategy, connecting our customers with their favourite stores to provide an integrated, cross-channel shopping experience
  • Work with the BUs to drive local agenda across campaigns, using initiative to drive local opportunities
  • Develop campaigns to connect with customers on a more personal level
  • Identify opportunities to drive and optimise local agenda across all channels
  • To own the new store opening local marketing process
  • Deliver compelling and timely content across all customer touch-points, coordinating with digital, CRM, retail, design and copy, to deliver a seamless customer online to offline experience
  • Influence direction of the local strategy and help build the roadmap based on analytics, store and customer feedback
  • Implement the brand & sub-brand identities (visual, tone of voice, creative assets).
  • Support in the management of the marketing budgets and work with the content and media centres of excellence to maximise ROI
