  • There is full training and 'on-boarding' with the role, as such, industry sales experience is not a necessity.
  • Track record of selling internally or leadership of an internal sales team is a must.
  • IT Sales or Software/SaaS is an advantage but not a necessity.
  • A real strategic thinker who can balance a sales game-plan and people skills.

As BD Team Manager, your role is manage and coach an enthusiastic and performing BD Team. Using your experience in internal sales (and maybe leading an internal team if you have that), you will help them overcome some of the challenges faced and get the most from them. The team is expanding, you will have 4 immediate reports. This is a senior position and you will report directly into the Head of Sales.

The role not only has immediately responsibility, there will also be growing scope over the next 6-12 months; including recruitment.

PACKAGE: £40 basic, + £15k OTE - There could be flex on this for the right person.
