Organisational Design Manager
Organisational Design Manager Permanent Central London Our client is looking for a OD Manager to join their business to deliver continuous improvement in effectiveness and agility across the organisation. This role would be pivotal to the organisation and will need to support delivery of the business and people strategy. It will be crucial that the successful profile will provide high quality OD expertise to the business to support development of organisation capability. You will need to work with the business, HR and other team to identify and deliver OD initiatives to improve capability. Similar to most roles at this level you will need to have experience of implementing ORG design governance as well as a track record in working projects in large organisations. Typical duties include:Develop OD frameworks for the business and embed the operating model and deliver improvements in org efficiencyImplement and manage effective governance to support evolution of OD and control changes to organisation structures.Provide analysis, benchmarking and regular reporting of dataResponsible for design of systems to support the organisation designWork with the in house reward team to ensure evaluation and benchmarking of new roles The successful candidate will need to have worked for large organisations through this career to demonstrate scale and examples of projects worked. It is important that you have experience in a OD role and have high analytical ability.
