Senior Regional Administration Manager

Location: East London, covering Canary Wharf, City & Moorgate

£36,000 - £38,000 + Employee Benefits

Our client is a well established and innovative firm of Wealth Managers with a large number of Practices throughout the UK. An exceptional opportunity is now available for a ‘Regional Administration Manager’ to cover East London including; Canary Wharf, City and Moorgate (4 locations).

Based predominantly in the Canary Wharf office and looking after approx. 18 direct reports, the successful candidate should display an autonomous style of management, encouragement and motivation of Office Administration Staff in designated locations.

The main purpose of your role will be to manage the recruitment of new staff following current procedures including induction training and probation reviews. You will conduct performance appraisals whilst creating plans for individual’s development and managing alarge scale of divisional projects.

Responsibilities

·Responsibility of the Teams engagement and delivery in accordance with Office Admin standards

·Manage areas holidays and sickness including resource planning to ensure adequate cover

·Providing clear and comprehensive reasoning for individuals annual pay reviews to Divisional Director

·Hold excellent planning/organising skills with the ability to balance priorities to retain focus

·Budget management responsibility including monitoring, budgeting and forecasting

·Ability to establishprocedures whilst managingbusiness requirements to ensure objectives are met

·Process leavers and exit interviews in accordance with the current procedures

·Conduct and document regular 121 meetings with direct reports to provide support, coaching and provide development opportunities, support them in their decisions and take decisive action yourself

·Be clear on expectations and ability to take action to address underperformance

·Hold regular Team meetings to share company updates and any changes to processes and procedures

·Keep abreast with technical/product changes and have the ability to communicate impact to your Team

·Have strong project management capability with the ability to deliver on-time and within budget

·Responsible for highlighting issues which may affect the overall success of a corporate project

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working a Regional Admin Manager – preferably within the professional services environment. You will have solid communication and articulation skills as well as the ability to multi-task and an attention to detail is key.

An ambitious, enthusiastic, confident and well-presented individual is required. The ability to work, manage and interact in a highly professional environment is paramount. Those with an aspiration to succeed within the buoyant Wealth Planning Industry will be fully supported.
