Michael Page are proud to be partnering with a multinational energy organisation, in search of a Treasury Manager who will be responsible for development and maintenance of reporting and compliance processes, assisting with ad-hoc Treasury operations.

Client Details

Our client is a multinational energy and shipping business, located within the City of London. The organisation are currently undergoing rapid expansion and diversification.

Description

As Treasury Manager, your accountabilities will include:

  • Development of Group compliance programme, ensuring all are aware and abide to relevant restrictions
  • Responsibility for the preparation, analysis and issuance of weekly and monthly compliance updates, presenting to senior management
  • Management of the models focusing on cash restrictions and covenant ratios
  • Produce covenant calculations for debt banks and training relevant parties on covenants
  • Responsible for maintaining database of debt/lease agreements, in addition to documentation of new financing
  • Maintenance and development of banking relationships
  • Assist with all areas of operational Treasury as and when needed, this includes: cash and risk management, forecasting, hedging, Treasury accounting and analysis

Profile

To be a successful applicant for the role of Treasury Manager you must:

  • Have at least 2-3 years' experience within a Group Treasury function, with knowledge of tasks within each Treasury function
  • Hold, or be working toward, an ACT qualification
  • Be familiar and/or have performed tasks such as reporting, compliance, cash flows, forecasts and loans
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to articulate problems and solutions to a variety of stakeholders (including board/CEO)
  • Display advanced Excel skills and ability to produce models
  • Be capable of supervising team members and leading projects within the Group
  • Have an analytical mind-set and have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work independently and organise own workload efficiently
