Our client in South Bristol are looking for a hard-working, customer focussed individual to manage their busy sales and customer service team.

This role requires interaction with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and request about products and services in a timely manner. The role requires maintaining existing customer relationships, building relationships with new customers and providing customer satisfaction.

Key Objectives:

·Ensure comprehensive knowledge of your accounts

·Promote customer care

·Participation in customer visits including preparation of the agenda

·Turnover to budget chased monthly and review customer performance

·Manage order with correct information at all times reconciled to customer schedule

·All orders to be raised in line with our quality procedure and contract review

·Create a positive and customer friendly office

·Ensure Sales terms and conditions are sent with all correspondence

·Report at monthly management meetings


·Supervise and oversee operations within the sales office

·Supervise and oversee Receptionist

·Supervise and oversee external representation

·Supervise and oversee your customer service team

·Handle specific accounts as Account Manager

The ideal candidate will:

·Have management experience

·Be organised

·Thrive under pressure

·Live locally in the Bedminster area

Temp hourly rate: £12ph

Perm salary: £24,000 negotiable DOE

Hours of work: 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8am – 2.45pm Friday
