The role would suit an established Health & Social Care Assessor or an experienced individual working within the industry.
To effectively manage a high volume portfolio of QCF learners to ensure each individual is engaged, motivated and on schedule for successfully completing their qualifications and certifications. As this is a regional role, time management is essential as you be expected to undertake a vast number of appointments per week.
To be successful in this role you will
Have experience from within the Health & Social Care industry
Proven ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
Effective time management skills
Possess strong face to face and telephone communication expertise
Have excellent social and interpersonal skills
Be used to working within a target driven environment
QCF Level 2 & 3 qualification
Due to the nature of the role, you must have a UK full driving licence and access to a vehicle
