Head of Multichannel, Luxury Retail, London

My luxury, retail client are looking for a Head of Multichannel Marketing to develop their brand and marketing plan and will drive customer acquisition and engagement across all channels. This is due to exciting growth expansion within the company.

As Head of Multichannel you will be reporting into the creative director and the director of multichannel. You will be responsible for leading the marketing function, working across online and offline marketing, using data and evidence to shape marketing activity and create a fantastic customer experience. You will be build and position the strategy of channels across online and offline in UK and Paris. You will have management budgets, manage relationships with key stakeholders and manage a marketing coordinator and press officer. 

To apply for this role you should have great leadership skills, be happy to get your hands dirty as well as being able to function at a high level. You should have a strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, able to interpret data. Also be very creative, strategic and have good understanding and working knowledge of strategic consumer brand marketing concepts and relevant communication media. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great luxury retailer who are extremely digital savvy.
