We have been engaged by a global business with offices based in West London in supporting growth into their SuperTechs division. It's essential that you have a natural technical understanding and ability to enhance your knowledge to ensure customer excellence.

You will receive extensive training so that you are fully equipped to support ever changing technology. We will want to understand how YOU keep up with technology? **You must be fluent in German ** This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with clear progression routes.

Key Responsibilities
*End to end customer resolution.
*Ensuring customer experience and managing expectations during complex technical resolution
*Reviewing evolving technology - constantly adding to your skills portfolio
*Working as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting where necessary
*Logging customer queries and resolution in order to update the technical knowledge base. *Reviewing self-help documents so customers can fix problems themselves
*Testing and fixing faulty equipment

Experience Required :
*Technical background/knowledge providing mobile device customer support is advantageous *You must have a natural technical curiosity
*Experience of working within a repair / resolution contact centre environment S
*Strong communication skills / having the customer at the heart of everything you do

Salary and Benefits:
