Finance Business Partner

THE ROLE:Engage directly and effectively with senior managers and Directors across the organisation, operating as a key interface between Finance and primary stakeholders, the role will be a significant and highly visible contributor to the current and future success of the business.Working in close partnership with key stakeholders, provide proactive and high quality financial advice, support and governance, to ensure that resources, budgets and forecasts are managed effectively and in line with strategic requirements. Provide sound financial strategic planning advice on existing products and services, whilst leading and/or participating in projects that reduce costs or develop new revenue-earning solutions.
THE PERSON:Qualified Accountant, ideally with at least two years’ track record in a finance business partnering role, working with senior managers to ensure that budgets, resources and forecasts have been overseen effectively.Highly proactive and detail-conscious approach, with strong commercial acumen. Demonstrably credible communication skills at senior levels, with a willingness to challenge and question assumptions, underpinned by a solutions-focused style. A trusted advisor for senior colleagues.Systems literate, with experience of manipulating data and providing in-depth, concise and meaningful analysis to senior teams, complete with recommendations for actions to improve business and financial KPIs.Has an adaptable personal style and has ideally been a key contributor in an organisation which has undergone significant business transformation.
