Location: Peterborough

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000

Our client, one of the largest independent chartered surveying firms in the eastern region, are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their head office in Cambridgeshire.

Eastblished over 25 years ago, they are recognized as one of market leaders for commercial property matters and advise on a wide range of clients throughout the East Midlands. They are speciclaists in all types of business space, with particular empohasis on office, industrial and warehouse property and some retail. They act for a wide variety of clients from individuals to plc's, property companies, funds and institutions.

As Building Surveyor you will work on a diverse range of instructions. Your duties and responsibilities will include surveys on a range of building types, technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals, contract administration, planned maintenance schedules and cost assessment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years PQE to deal with commercial and industrial premises. This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is well known for its supportive environment and development opportunities.
