This highly successful talent brand is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager to join them in a new role aimed at creating partnerships between employers and educational organisations.

Duties of the Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager 

- All aspects of digital marketing for the organisation.
- Putting in place email marketing campaigns and monitoring performance.
- Content and collateral creation for the business.
- Writing search engine optimised copy for the website aimed at generating leads.
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to websites
- Have responsibility for planning and budgetary control of learner find activity
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Create and upload copy and images for websites
- Measure, evaluate and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Research and review new technologies and new online media opportunities that may benefit the business, including mobile and social media
- Manage marketing databases and assist internal teams with lead generation activities
- Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for services
- Collaborate with internal teams to agree and create landing pages and case studies
- Collaborate with and manage agencies and other vendor partners 
- Demonstrable experience of digital marketing, communication channels & campaigns, and social media tracking/analytics and tools
- Knowledge of delivering customer marketing initiatives to deliver successful results (both qualitative and quantitative) directly linked to sales activities
- A diplomatic, relationship builder with strong professional presence and demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in B2B marketing in the service sector

The ideal candidate will have previous digital marketing experience. Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage but not essential.
