We have are currently recruiting for a Marketing Account Manager for a successful and blooming Marketing and PR company based in Surrey. The company specialise in Creative services, Promotional staff and Expo design and are looking for an experienced individual to come into the business to help drive the company forward and manage the successful delivery of all projects in their planning.

Account Manager


£30,000 - £33,000 Per Annum

You will need to work closely with the Account Team and our promotional staff to ensure all client objectives are achieved to the highest of standards across all projects.

Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that clients have a clear understanding of the company working processes (where applicable)
  • Ensuring that you are fully prepared for all client meetings with expectations agreed with the client prior to the meeting and a contact report completed and sent to the client within 24 hours of the meeting
  • Ensure that all future business opportunities are explored and communicated to the Managing Director
  • Manage Account Executive/s and promotional staff to deliver projects in line with both client and internal objectives/targets
  • Book and assist the Account Executive/s in booking the right profile of staff member for each project
  • Ensuring each staff member working on a live project has the necessary tools to complete the job i.e. brief, uniform, pay information
  • Provide excellent quality evaluation of projects
  • Ensure the company procedures and paper flow is adhered to at all times
  • Project management ensuring a realistic time table
  • Manage all project job bags

Team Responsibilities (office and field)

  • Allocation of tasks to the Account Executive/s ensuring expectations and timelines are outlined from the outset
  • Ongoing management of Account Executive/s workload
  • Ensure Managing Director is aware of changing resource requirements
  • Primary point of contact for promotional staff when projects are live i.e. you will need to be contactable at all times unless otherwise specified by Managing Director
  • Act as central point of contact for Account Executive/s
  • Contribute in the review process of the Account Executive/s

  • You must be flexible to deal with changes on a project, such as last minute cancellations
  • Full driving license (own car an advantage)
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Be able to think on your feet to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience in a promotion staffing agency, experiential or field marketing agency and or an agency which delivers B2C events in an Account Manager or more senior role

Office Hours

  • 9am until 5.30pm
  • Weekends (on a rota basis) where time worked will be given back in lieu.
