A new role that will form part of the agencies senior management team, our client is looking for a new business professional with a proven track record delivering growth within a Digital Marketing agency.
The agency has a strong track record of high quality work on behalf of a range of Consumer and B2B businesses - their credentials are strong and will help open doors. You will be given a high degree of autonomy from day one to shape the Sales and Marketing strategy. Specifically the Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities within existing clients to develop the relationship further, gaining internal referrals to other decision makers and divisions.
- Developing a target client list and utilising the full range of your sales techniques to open doors and present the agencies impressive credentials to key decision makers.
- Owning the agencies Marketing strategy and working with the internal teams to deliver this.
- Following up previous project-based clients and identifying opportunities to provide further support.
- Attending networking opportunities and identify opportunities to raise awareness of the agency.
Applicants for the Head of Sales & Marketing role must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing and winning new business on behalf of a reputable Digital Marketing agency.
- Successful track record winning business from major Consumer brands
- A consultative, solution-led sales approach with the ability to build long-term relationships rather than just short-term wins.
