Our client has gained the reputation for producing some of the world's most innovative and inspiring architectural hardware and they currently export to the USA, Europe, Australia and the Far East. They are now looking to recruit a dedicated Export Sales Manager to focus on the development of the Export side of their business to European, Far East and Australian markets.

CQR are working closely with them to recruit exceptional person for this unique and very exciting position. You will be an experienced Export Sales Manager with a passion for design and the drive and desire to grow the export side of the business, in return you will be offed excellent performance related bonuses coupled with International travel to meet with clients as required.

To date this area of the business has been primarily reactive but with a large number of interested International businesses the Export Sales Manager will be tasked with pro-active management of existing Export relationships and developing new dealerships initially across Europe but also Far East and Australia. LOCATIONS: Home based with monthly travel to North Devon site: Ideally located in: Bristol; Bath; Exeter; Swindon M4 Corridor; North Devon! 

The right person:

·You will be an experienced Export Sales Manager with a passion for design and preferably some relevant industry experience, this could be within high end product interiors.

·You will have a positive and driven personality and be entrepreneurial with the desire to succeed.

·Some language skills in French and Italian an advantage but not essential.

·Strong commercial acumen and good understanding of business across a wide and diverse range of cultures

·Previous experience of working from home with a few days a month based at company office preferred.

·Excellent listening skills are essential and the ability to really understand a client’s needs with a real attention to the details!

·Attention to detail in delivering what clients require, reporting back to head office essential.

·Affable personality, with an approach of intelligent salesmanship ( no hard sell ).

·Ideal location will be M4, ( Bristol area) corridor to allow travel to North Devon & airports for international client meetings


·Salary c£35k to £45k + good performance related bonus; Lap top, mobile phone; Private health insurance, death in service benefits; Annual Holiday 20 days + bank holidays, parking, staff canteen.
