The Role: The new In-Store Support Team Manager will be responsible for working with in-store merchandisers within a large DIY account; you will be recruiting, training and driving your team, building relationships and developing the account, as well as devising instore merchandising plans and providing customer feedback.

The Company: Our client is recruiting a new In-Store Support Team Manager for the Midlands area. This division manufactures coating products and accessories for use in the decorating sector, with some very strong brand names in their product portfolio. This company has over a century of tradition behind them and is part of a global organisation with a sales turnover in excess of $15 billion, hence their ability to provide outstanding training and ongoing sales career opportunities.

For this In-Store Support Team Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • You will have strong people-management skills, either from sales management, area management or retail management
  • Any experience of selling to the DIY sheds is useful
  • Adaptable candidates with great coaching and mentoring abilities
