Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an internationally renowned Spirits business operating internationally. With a revenue exceeding $300 million and hundreds of employees the business has experienced significant and continued growth for years.

Our partner is creative and passionate in promoting their products to consumers. Their product matrix consists of a collection of a range of Spirits aimed at Millennial consumers.

Consequently the client is seeking to recruit a National Sales Manager based in Arkansas with a background in alcoholic beverages preferably Spirits to lead the aggressive growth strategy.

*Identify and execute new business opportunities. Develop sales and marketing strategies for new business
*Working cross functionally with the team to commercialize new business
*Conduct customer visits and perform research to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements
*Communicate and maintain customer contact by using strategic follow up activities
*Conduct regular Account Planning and Customer reviews
*Lead completion of new business quotes. Manage pricing, simplification initiatives and discontinuation initiatives
*Adjust to change and uncertainty, able to shift gears and perform in ambiguous or uncertain situations
*Think critically about the marketplace and future trends to better understand the company's competitive position and competitive advantage
*Foster cross-unit collaboration and build and facilitate teamwork to get results
*Use multiple communication strategies to gain support and commitment from others and mobilize them to take action
*Work to determine customer needs and actively improve value chain in terms of service and delivery excellence
*Effectively delegate responsibility for work, and monitor process, progress and results
*Generate new and innovative ways or methods to market products and services
*Actively pursue new business opportunities with new and current customer base
*Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes
*Maintain open communication with team members and other departments
*Accept responsibilities with accountability and follow up
*Display confidence in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits

Experience & Qualifications:
*University degree in business or marketing
*3+ years of proven successful sales track record
*Demonstrated superior selling and account management, strong interpersonal skills
*Problem-solving, communication, and self-management Good cross-functional and team coordination skills required.
*Strong interaction capabilities, including negotiating.
*Experience in managing Key customer base
*Proficient in MS Office.
