A leading global FTSE 100 FMCG organisation are currently looking to recruit an experience Reward Manager for a minimum 6 month FTC.

Job Summary:

Ownership of reward matters for Africa Regional Markets and Global Travel with particular responsibility for 3 main countries, which all have reward challenges needing to be addressed urgently.

On overview of requirements:-

- benchmarking of compensation and benefits, ensuring benchmark data is robust and representative

- Review of benefit offerings in key countries to ensure they are market competitive, with plans developed to make any changes

- coaching of 3 direct reports, mainly via remote interactions

- Ownership of the annual reward cycle for African Regional Markets

- Management and resolution of ad hoc reward issues as required by key stakeholders

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Market Reward experience - ideally 7-10 years reward experience

- Compensation and benefits knowledge internationally. Ideally African or within emerging markets

- Experience of constructing salary offers

- interpreting and analysing data to make recommendations

- Ideally experience of managing individuals remotely

Experience of working in Africa a distinct advantage along with experience of working in a multinational environment or within emerging markets

May be required (and so should be prepared) to travel to parts of Africa occasionally
