Purpose of the role:
Work closely with the FD, FC and RFC’s in carefully managing the finances of the business to optimise performance and ensure credibility in our future.
To understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy and ensure that all staff reporting to you does the same.
·Responsibility for preparing monthly profits’ & CF forecasts
·Test the robustness of regional profit forecast
·Test the robustness of forecast WIP and other working capital profiles in the regional BS
·Prepare bridge information for forecasts
·Manage the JV Companies – DVR, SLHC, SLLP
·Prepare financial Reports and Accounts for JV’s
·Attend JV meeting in FD’s absence
·Work with FD to develop KH reporting systems and procedures
·Help develop KH Financial forecasting systems working with the FD and FC
·Work with our Systems Manager to help develop and implement the Coins Modules
·Work with RFC’s to improve the accuracy of our income/cash forecasts
·Work closely with the FC on preparing accurate cash forecasts weekly
·Prepare consolidated profit forecasts for the Company
·Manage JV Companies
·Help develop our management information systems
·Prepare consolidated cash forecasts
·Provide support in preparing for the Audit
·Undertake Regional Reconciliation Audits
·Prepare month end results analysis (PL, BS & Cash Flow)
·Attend CTC Reviews.
