Our client is an independent Jewish Charity with various offices based across the UK. Our clients are recruiting an Executive Manager to join their growing and influential organisation on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a varied and involved position within the Jewish Community.

This role will entail;
* Developing and implementing the organisations policies, strategic plans and budgets
* Managing the smooth running of the organisations Administrative Procedures
* Extensive Project Coordination and management
* Supervision of staff and implementing new office procedures
* Managing a small team and handling HR functions across the organisation, recruitment of staff, setting reviews and appraisals
* Managing financial aspects of the organisation to include budget management, monitoring expenditure and cash flow forecasting
* Dealing with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring these are in line with the organisations policies
* Facilities management
* Working closely with IT to ensure the smooth running of systems and databases
* Marketing the Services and events offered by the organisation via the website and member contact and planning of major events
* Responsible for all internal and external communications
* Liaising and building strong partner relationships with donors, members and staff

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a management position, management of staff and a strong knowledge of the Jewish community. Parking is provided amongst other benefits.
