An exciting opportunity for a talented CRM Executive to join leading Commercial Law firm.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the CRM Manager in the implementation, development and maintenance of the firm's CRM system.

My client is a leading Commercial Law firm that provides a supportive, inclusive and engaging working environment.

The role can be based in either Manchester or Liverpool.

Description

The CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the CRM Manager in the implementation, development and maintenance of the firm's CRM system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Become the CRM Champion for the firm, promoting the system, providing training of using the CRM System and encouraging best practise amongst users including practise groups, business development team and the wider marketing department
  • Working closely with the CRM Manager and Technology department on data cleansing
  • Provide project support with CRM system implementation
  • Manage a team of data stewards
  • Work in collaboration with the CRM Manager and Marketing Manager in the implementation of a new e-marketing system
  • Act as a specialist advisor in relation to CRM and develop best practise when using the system
  • Provide support to and advise on CRM queries
  • Continually review new contacts added to the system and ensure all relevant data is captured or updated on the system
  • Research and analysis of key market sectors and assist in the production of client / target mailing lists for campaigns and events

Profile

The successful CRM Executive will:

  • Have relevant experience of using CRM systems within a professional services environment
  • Be proactive and positive in finding solutions
  • Ensure data is capture fully to ensure the best possible targeted approach to new and existing clients
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactively research / seek information that could enhance the CRM system
  • Be a positive and proactive ambassador of the CRM system and encourage stakeholders at all levels to use the system correctly and effectively
  • Commercially astute individual

Job Offer

Salary up to £30,000 depending on the level of experience plus excellent benefits
