Customer Service Manager - Field Based
Customer Account Manager – Field Based Role – Permanent – South West Region - Company Car
Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a experienced Customer Account Manager to join their Client in Milton Keynes. This role will be field based and the successful candidate will be covering the southern region of the UK.
The successful candidate will pro-actively manage all retention, resign and account activities. You will drive increased revenue growth and existing customer base through upsell, cross sell and price management as per annual targets.
Key Performance Indicators
Achieve all set revenue generation and protection objectives, KPI’s and targets daily and monthly by proactive customer account management activity.
Manage individual campaigns with emphasis on outbound calling while conducting demonstrations via WebEx and customer facing meetings.
Maintain a knowledge base of product feature/functionality of competitive products present.
Experience & Personal Attributes
Proven Customer Account Management and Sales ability
Prior B2B SaaS sales experience with WebEx, virtual sales and customer facing presentation skills.
Working knowledge of Sales Force and GPS systems preferable.
Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office, Sales Force CRM system and WebEx demonstration tools.
Displays a sound business judgement and decision making capability.
Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Passionate customer service orientation with extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
