Fulham (Monday - Friday)

£17,000 - £20,000

The UK’s leading provider of after-work sports leagues, fitness classes and corporate and social events are on the hunt for a Customer Service Manager to be responsible for incoming questions and queries from existing or new customers.

This brand provides a range of sports from netball through to dodgeball and combines the league with an amazing social scene via sponsor bars and bespoke social events.

The office is in Fulham with a fun, casual-dress atmosphere and the team is full of young professionals who work hard, are successful, and have a great time in the process. The role comes with great training to ensure you understand the brand, facilities, services and way of working.

You will be dealing with incoming queries and will be expected to provide brilliant customer service, answering queries where possible, directing existing and new customers to the appropriate department, managing phones, online queries, office systems etc.

You will need to be extremely organised, diligent, with excellent written and verbal communication and most of all you must be passionate about sport!
