A leading property investment company are looking to employ a senior sales executive. This rapidly expanding corporation focus on developing and renovating property throughout the London area. There is a real focus on innovation, equating to a proven track record of turning less desirable properties into luxury apartments. This market leading company is now seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to continue and further the work that has already been done.
As a Senior Sales Executive you will be tasked with raising funds for the company via calling and emailing potential investors. It will be your responsibility to establish a rapport with clients by proactively seeking new business opportunities as well as managing the existing clientele. You will be expected to reach and exceed a target of 200k per month. Deals typically range from 50-100k therefore 3-4 transactions during a month will see you hit your targets.
The Successful candidate will have:
- B2B experience
- Understanding of property
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Ability to confidently converse with senior investors
