Head of Digital Analytics

£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits


They are a leading leisure and tourism company based in London. This is new role whereby you will managing a team of 5 with 2 direct reports, all with experience in digital analytics. They are looking for someone who will come armed with the ability to think outside the box, and whilst mentoring and growing the team, also bring new ideas and projects to the business. Working for this company, you won't just be focusing on UK based campaigns, but international campaigns in countries like China and India.

Role of Head of Digital Analytics

You will be working on a strategic level to lead and mentor the team of digital analytics professionals.

- Monitor the performance of all marketing and programme activities
- Provide recommendations and insights to optimise campaigns
- Inform strategic business decisions
- Innovation in the analytical tools that are being used and methods
- Work with other teams and divisions in the business
- Mentor a team of 5 and directly line manage 2 reports
- Produce accurate and insightful digital analysis

Responsibilities for the Head of Digital Analytics

- Advanced in web analytics tools. E.g Google Analytics, Web Trends, Adobe Site Catalyst / Omniture
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to report and visualise data
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager is desirable
- Knowledge of digital marketing is desirable
- Understand digital optimisation
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff analysts
