The candidate should have an ability to spot the opportunities both within the company’s infrastructure and those in the market to bring various elements together for the most efficient project implementation.
Business Development Manager
The main duties and responsibilities of the job:
·Developing an in-depth knowledge about the Company’s business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends;
·Developing business and marketing materials, including but not limited to, new business proposal development, preparation of new products description presentations, whilst also preparing and conducting presentations to the Senior Management Team as well as Dolfin’s current and prospective clients and counterparties;
·Identifying key accounts, areas for expansion and development;
·Suggesting new products such as product development to tap into new markets;
·To be aware of market trends and competitors;
·Maintaining a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations;
·Managing customers’, counterparties’, other team members’ and Dolfin’s associated companies communication and associated projects;
·Responding to clients, counterparties, other team members’ and Dolfin’s associated companies queries regarding products, services and projects in a timely fashion;
·Generating reports and work to improve management reporting procedures, templates and mechanisms with the Company across all departments;
·Conducting market research including new products, services, customers and counterparties analysis and investigation;
·Cultivating and maintaining a positive attitude, excellent relationships, whilst working effectively with other members of the team to ensure business growth;
·Conducting new business analysis including, but not limited to, presentation preparation, budgeting, modelling, execution capabilities and projects’ risks assessment;
Skills, qualifications and experience required;·BA/BSC degree (or higher) in Finance or Economics or related field;·Minimum 2/3 years’ experience within Business Development/New Business or Account Management role;·Experience of Russian Market preferable; ·Studying for/ or in possession of a professional finance qualification ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent);·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;·Excellent written and verbal communication skills;·Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership;·Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated – must be comfortable in a target oriented environment;·The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic.
