The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Regional Manager will be required to manage the Apprenticeship Provision within a specified area (please call for locations), including direct line management of a team of Assessors and Internal Verifiers/IQA's.

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for all Service Delivery, Recruitment of new employee's, Quality Management, and developing customer relationships with new and existing clients - this is an excellent opportunity for Senior Management professionals who enjoy working autonomously.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, as well as keen eye for detail.

Previous successful experience in a Management role within the Education & Training industry is essential for this position, for example, as an Operations Manager, Performance Manager, Training Manager or Area Manager.

It is essential that the successful candidate has successful experience managing a team of delivery staff (Assessors/Tutors/Internal Verifiers), including monitoring of completions, staff training, and monitoring the quality of Apprenticeship delivery.

Qualifications Required:

Relevant qualifications in Management

A strong understanding of Apprenticeship Delivery

A strong understanding of Quality Standards

Salary & Benefits:

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £30,000 (depending on experience, qualifications and skill-set).
