We are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors for the whole of Central and East London!

We are NOT A SUPPLY AGENCY, and 100% of the Behaviour Mentor positions we recruit for are long term or permanent. You do not need to have school based experience, but being able to think on your feet whilst dealing with challenging situations is essential.

Person Specification - Behaviour Mentor - London

A Behaviour Mentor works on a full time basis supporting student’s behaviour and learning inside and outside of the class, this is primarily a class based position however it’s very likely you will end up doing 1:1 withdrawal sessions at some stage in order to maintain the progress of student’s behaviour and learning.

About the Role - Behaviour Mentor - London

A Behaviour Mentor is tailored intervention role that benefits the schools we work with. It has been designed to help pupils reach their full potential as students are likely to attend a Pupil Referral Unit, SEBD School or an Alternative Provision/Charity. As a behaviour mentor, your role will be helping challenging students overcome their behavioural issues, whilst acting as a role model and someone to look up to.
