Digital Insight Analyst - Central London
This is a new role, based in the London marketing team for a well-known and respected insurance brand. They are recognised across the UK as a provider of high-end home insurance services and various commercial products that target SME’s.
In this role you will have a clean sheet of paper to establish the provision of analysis and insights that will drive improved performance of e-commerce and online marketing performance. You will be the go-to person for the querying, analysis and interpretation of online performance and user behaviour to drive e-commerce optimisation.
There is a broad range of tools available to interrogate, assess, test and optimise the company’s ability to sell more online and by having a dedicated expert sitting across the entire e-commerce estate, mining the data for opportunities, this will super-charge online performance.
You will be driven by your own sense of restless curiosity and constantly driven by a passion for data sets and problem solving. Specific capabilities you will need are;
Google Analytics - Expert level and ideally with GAIQ qualification. You need to know tagging, with Tealium experience a bonus.
Obsessed about Insight that drives change! -Maxymiser and Aquia Lift for AB/MVT testing a considerable benefit.
Able to see and interpret real user behaviour individually or in aggregate - you will have good experience of Sessioncam or other comparable User Experience Analytics software.
Data visualisation software - Tableau ideally to automate the usual reports required.
