Account Executive / Graduate Trainee - Careers Hub network

Permanent Contract £18,000-£22,000 depending on experience

Blackstone Point is a digital media owner, which develops and manages a network of sector specialist Career Hub sites. We are growing rapidly and having already successfully established two career sites, we are now in the process of launching further Career Hub sites and extending the services we offer around them.

We are currently looking to recruit an Account Executive/Graduate Trainee to join our small, but rapidly expanding team. The role works alongside our Account Managers to support them with the management of our Clients and the delivery of the services we offer.

For the successful candidate, we offer plenty of support and training and with responsibility early on, you can quickly make a real difference. We also offer excellent career progression opportunities within our Account Management team.

Main duties include:

- Assisting the Account Managers with the day-to-day management of our Clients and their recruitment advertising campaigns including:

- Writing advert copy
- Advertising the role across online and social media channels
- Tracking and monitoring campaign responses
-  Liaising with candidates throughout the campaign
- End of Campaign reporting

- Searching for and contacting suitable candidates across a variety of internal and third party databases
- Assisting with the management of our Client Careers Events/Open Days
- Managing our talent pool and keeping it updated
- Assisting with Client monthly and quarterly reporting 

The Person:

They are looking for someone who has good interpersonal and communication skills; someone smart who can use their initiative and is prepared to work hard to get the job done.

As part of a small company, you’ll need to be down to earth, flexible and adaptable. It’s important that you can work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have a keen eye for detail.

Key skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines 
- Strong IT including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Good numerical and analytical skills

Experience required:

- Degree Educated
- A minimum of 6 months’ office experience (preferred)

Location and Working hours:

Weekdays 8.30am until 5.00pm
