Project Manager (RC Frames)
Project Managers are urgently needed to join this fantastic growing multi million-pound business based in London. Supporting the contracts & operations manager, you will be charged with managing new and exciting projects through London and the South East. Projects could range from several thousand to several million depending on your ability and experience and will continue to grow. This role will have at least 10 direct reports such as construction manager, project & quality engineers, quantity surveyors, etc, as well as several indirect reports such as labourers, engineers, etc.
You will be supporting the Contract & Operations Manager in implementing and controlling quality, health & safety, engineering, design, logistics and materials in accordance with project requirements.
You must absolutely have experience as a project manager within a main / principle contractor working with reinforced concrete. You must have a proven track record of leading quality and safety, technical and engineering, logistics and procurement.
As you will be liaising with all members of the project team, it is vital that you are an effective and professional communicator and able to communicate with all levels. It is also essential you have a CSCS Card.
Candidates without a CSCS card and only sub-contractor experience will not be considered for this role
Remuneration & Benefits:
