A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's largest mortgage broker based in Essex

Reporting to - Team Leader/ Head of Operations

Quarterly Files Check- Checking the number of files as indicated by the weekly target. Completing all associated spreadsheets with the information contained. Checking remedial work - once the advisor's have notified it has been completed, a further remedial check is undertaken, and recording the outcome on the appropriate sheet. Telephone calls- calls from advisor's are dealt with efficiently, whilst being supportive and constructive.

MI- ensuring all sales quality, clerical errors and severity levels MI is ready for Business Standards & Risk Director/ Business Standards Manager/ Team Leader to use each quarter. SharePoint- Business Standards Manager to supply you with completed documentation which they are responsible for the quality and content of. Compliance assistants to upload completed sales and compliance 121's, development plans, CBT's, Observations, role plays, file reviews etc onto SharePoint for audit purposes.

Compliance MI- Collating and checking various MI from Revolution (back office system) as and when required. Lenders Criteria- Updating the lenders criteria on a regular basis, to ensure data is correct.

Other tasks 121- Attending a regular 121 with The Team Leader/Head of Operations

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of mortgages in particular being able to identify mis-selling, fraud etcetera.
