When you join Peabody, you join an extensive and growing business. One with 27,000 homes, 70,000 residents and a 150-year history. As a major housing association we have outstanding challenges for people with talent and motivation. But we also have a strong commitment to the ideals of our philanthropist founder: George Peabody. That means you’ll have every chance to achieve - while making a difference.

Our principles are simple: we believe in helping people and communities to grow, in estates that are springboards - not safety nets. With operations in nearly every London borough and one of the sector’s largest community regeneration programmes, we’re always keen to meet talented people who support our ambitions.

Peabody and Family Mosaic are well advanced with arrangements to merge later this year. The new group will build on the track record, capabilities and shared values of Peabody and Family Mosaic to create a truly distinctive organisation. Both organisations have a long and successful history of developing in London and by joining together and consolidating resources, we can invest more and build more in London.

The combined organisation will be the number one housing provider in five boroughs and the in top three in a further eight boroughs. With a total of 55,000 homes, we will be one of the biggest London-focused housing associations.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join Peabody, to manage the planning, procurement, construction and handover of new build mixed tenure and mixed use developments and junior staff members as appropriate.
