Bookkeeper / Administrator Part-Time
BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTRATOR - (Permanent Part-Time 3 Days)
Salary to £17k per annum plus Benefits
Stockbridge, Hampshire (Own transport required due to rural location)
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Bookkeeper is a Central Function and will require you to manage the company accounts including month end financial management reporting, year-end company accounts, tax year end returns and financial administration.
You will also have responsibility for the accounts to trial balance and the preparation of management accounts, profit and loss, cash flow, budgets, VAT returns, purchase/sales ledger, bank reconciliations, credit control, payroll, petty cash, payments and stock reports.
There will also be some general office administration including the preparation of order confirmations, preparation of invoices, general correspondence and any other administrative activities to meet the need of the business.
You will be computer literate and maintain a good understanding of Microsoft Office Word & Excel and a good understanding and working knowledge of accounts based QuickBooks and Sage Payroll. As the role is a stand-alone position we require you to have a positive attitude with good communication skills and good time management abilities.
