Position Description

  • Be the process owner for the Invoice to cash workstream for a portfolio of customers, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders deliver on requirements
  • Process all payments from customers and investigate any non-payments
  • Leading the team to work collaboratively with Sales and Supply Chain to recover debts as promptly as possible
  • Smooth handover of trade terms accrual management from Business Unit to Business Team

Position Responsibilities

  • Team management across 2 locations
  • Timely Invoice Payment is important to manage the business’ cashflow. It is imperative to monitor and follow up all payments on a regular basis to maintain accounts
  • Understand the physical and system flow to carry out root cause analysis on claims
  • Work closely with Customer teams to solve any invoices or claims in dispute
  • The individual needs to be highly organised and systematic in dealing with queries
  • Clear on requirements from others and able to follow up

Skills and competencies

  • Cash collection is a high priority for the business. This role is pivotal in managing debtand delivering business results
  • With an efficient way of working, the AR Manager will ensure we maximise prompt and correct payment in full with all discrepancies analysed on timely manner
  • The AR Manager will lead the team and be the finance point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for issues including but not limited to: Logistics claims, pricing claims, cash forecasting, trade terms deductions management, accrual management for trade terms
