Title: Director / Lead Product Manager

Salary: £100,000 - £130,000

We are looking for very experienced, Director/Lead level Product Managers (Head of, CPO etc) to be a part of our client’s rapidly growing digital business.

This digital consultancy/incubator has assembled a group of world-class business, product management, and product design and technology professionals with deep knowledge and experience in digital businesses and solutions - from mobile applications and ecommerce, to new and emerging digital solutions yet to be realized.

Working in an agile environment, as a Director or Lead level Product Manager, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of experts, leading the development of disruptive digital products across web, mobile and other devices. Projects will have elements of digital innovation, product design, product development, and commercialisation.

This position assumes leadership responsibility for leading product teams and being part of key strategic decision making for digital ventures and products.


  • Conceive innovative digital products and businesses through your understanding of the market and disruptive forces at work
  • Defining the design attributes of a digital product or service, including the features, functionality, and user experience
  • Drive all aspects of product commercialisation - from branding to pricing to defining and building the right operating model/infrastructure
  • Supporting efforts to build the company - from creating proprietary knowledge and redefining our internal processes for scalability to cultivating our rapidly growing project pipeline
  • Act in the capacity of an Agile Coach where necessary
