You will work directly with clients who are leading brands around the world, to accomplish their marketing goals. As Customer Success Manager you will have the opportunity to support big name clients in driving engagement and revenue with the most powerful online video platform in the world.

As the Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing all customer communications for your accounts and ensure that all customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
• Communicating the customer’s goals and represent their interests to the team and the company as a whole.
• Ensuring monthly renewal of customers by means of a high level of proactive, value-add customer service.
• Building relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business.
• Understanding the company's capabilities and service, and effectively communicate offerings to the customers.
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of their products and how they serve our customer's needs, including features, advantages, and benefits, and key examples of usage.
• Ensuring the company is represented in a professional and positive manner.

What the successful Customer Success Manager will bring to this role:
• 1-2 years' of experience in solving technical issues in a customer support or relationship management role.
• Experience within a Digital or Online Video Platform would be desirable.
• Experience of working with a SaaS platform or company is essential.
• A passion for understanding technical products and a desire to share this passion with your clients so they can make the most of their experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A flexible, detail oriented and organised work style with the ability to multitask and take on new challenges.
• The motivation to work well individually but also as a high performing teammate.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Apps, familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• BA/BS degree.
