Field Sales Executive
A field-based Key Account Executive role, managing independent and regional cash & carry accounts for a growing premium drinks company.
My client are a premium drinks manufacturer with a growing brand in the UK; despite a category decline. With their luxury/ premium offering they are perfectly positioned to buck the trend and 'win' in this market space. They have a number of brands they are looking to acquire which will assist their growth strategy. They are a small, yet dedicated, team that are all highly passionate about what they do - this is not just a job or an employer to them!
This Key Account Executive will take responsibility for the P & L and trading relationship with regional wholesale & cash and carry accounts. In this role you will be guaranteed a platform to demonstrate your abilities to develop and execute short, medium and long-term objectives, via a commercially sound joint business plan. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing influential relationships, whilst driving a cross functional network internally and multi-layering networks with your retailer. It will be working in a collaborative manner that will set you apart from the competition in this incredibly competitive consumer category.
The key account executive should be a high energy, enthusiastic individual that has experience in a fast paced FMCG Company, this could be a field sales level, ideally in drinks.
The ideal key account executive will be eager to learn and to expand their horizons. You will be comfortable being stretched and would welcome the opportunity to take on the diverse challenges that come from working with a fast growing business.
Degree educated or equivalent.
Salary: DOE + car and bonus.
