They are now seeking an individual to join their post-sales technical support team. The role would suit a recently qualified IT graduate and/or someone with IT support experience. Most importantly, you will have a real passion for IT and a hunger for knowledge and development.

Key responsibilities:

*Provide first-class, phone-based technical support to customers on a wide range of industrial software, hardware and associated products
*Handle incoming customer problems relating to the implementation and application of the company software
*Resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently
*Provide an element of training or consultancy to customers
*Stay up-to-date with the development of new products and operating systems
*Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the team and the service it provides to customers

Requirements:

*Proficient using and supporting MS operating systems & applications
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Excellent problem-solving, organisational and prioritising skills
*Ability to solve technical computing issues and seek out the root causes to problems
*Comfortable working as part of a team
*Dedication to providing the best possible customer experience
*IT related degree or relevant qualifications highly desirable
*The willingness to learn new software and hardware skills
