You could be currently working as a Trainer or a Learning & Development Partner in the Health & Social care Sector. If you're looking for a permanent role where your passion for training people will be truly valued, The Fremantle Trust could have just the job for you. We have an exciting new opportunity to work as part of the Training Team to provide learning opportunities, coaching, advice and guidance to employees across multiple Homes/Services.

Established since 1992, we’re an award winning charity and not-for-profit organisation that provides first class care and support for older people and adults with learning disabilities. Today, we have 1,800 staff supporting over 2,000 residents at 58 services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes and North London.

We want you to help us by working as a member of the Learning & Development team. A role that’s at the heart of the service we provide, you’ll be responsible for working together with the HR Business Partnership team, tasked to deliver The Care Certificate Programme. Upon joining our department your role will be responsible for the training and development needs in the Adults Learning Disabilities Services, ensuring training is kept up to date and recorded accurately.

Furthermore you will actively promote the service and The Fremantle Trust by clear, respectful and helpful communication with all potential customers including people who use services, relatives, health and social care professionals, other officials and contractors, visitors as well as the Fremantle Trust colleagues.

As well as being proactive and assertive, you will have a professional approach and a proven ability to communicate effectively to different members of your team. You will be organised, with the aptitude to prioritise your workload and have a good attention to detail, whilst being able to work well under pressure.
