Deputy General Manager Destination Restaurant
A busy destination restaurant & bar in the heart of fashionable Fitzrovia is looking for a proven management professional to join their friendly team as the Deputy General Manager.
As the Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of running the busy all day dining operation that can do over six hundred covers a day.
You will ensure that the team of managers and line staff are well trained and motivated consistently delivering an efficient and friendly service experience to customers. During service you will be clearly identifiable as the manager supporting the team, dealing with any issues that arise and greeting VIP and regular customers.
Working alongside the General Manager you will also be responsible for running all the back of house aspects of running the operation as well as ensuring the business is driven forward, costs controlled and financial targets met.
The ideal candidate will be a Restaurant Manager or above in a one hundred plus cover London restaurant with a hands on approach and excellent man management and communication skills. Back of house knowledge also essential.
