Junior PR Account Manager- Leading Luxury agency **Drinks PR**

My client is an integrated brand influence agency who specialise in the luxury arena through building influence amongst consumers, competitors and peers within the industry. They specialise in building brand partnerships, influencer infiltration, celebrity ambassadorships and seeding, strategic marketing and press development and bespoke brand experiences. Junior Account Manager

Minimum of 1.5 years' experience in a PR or communications agency

Skillset:
*Full Microsoft office understanding including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Good spoken and written English
*Good telephone manner
*Understanding of press release writing
*Understanding of media landscape across digital, print and social media, especially within the lifestyle and drinks/hospitality sectors

Duties:
*Management and training of junior team members (AA, JAE, AE, SAE and Interns)
*Responsible for drinks accounts- 2 cider brands, 1 spirit brand and a non-alcoholic brand.
*Responsible for keeping abreast of the media with continued reading of the papers to further media knowledge
*Reporting into Account Director
*Responsible for creating all client meeting agendas and meeting notes (where applicable) to be sent within 24 hours of meeting
*Responsible for creating and managing all client reports to be sent to account manager for approval in appropriate time frame before sending to client for deadline
*Ownership of smaller campaigns as led by Account Director, with support from junior team members
*Pitching of news nibs, launch announcements, gifting and ongoing product placement
*Supporting pitches for wider features and profiling
*Brainstorming media placements and ideas for creative campaigns
*Creation of bespoke and tailored media lists for pitching
*Attend and support out-of-hours office events

Event Management
*Responsible for collating all information for media bible
*Writing of Media alert
*Creation of faces document for client with relevant information
*Ownership of designated roles and responsibilities

People Management
*Provide clear instruction on all day-to-day press office functionalities for junior team members
*Support junior team members with business wording and email correspondence to journalists and individuals exterior to the agency

Client Liaison:
*Attendance to be as and when requested, when in attendance of a meeting as the most junior all meeting notes should be made by yourself to help support Account Director

Professional Relations:
*Continue to read and keep abreast of faces and individuals that are deemed as influencers across disciplines for potential outreach for campaigns
*Attend any relevant non work-related events to build your network

Media relations:
*Build a strong network of peer based media relationships to ensure coverage is achieved
*Use telephone calls and face-to-face meetings to build relationships with media
