About the Brand:

We are a dynamic technology company that is backed by Telefonica. We offer an innovative virtual queue & appointment management product. A B2B SaaS technology product that is used by restaurants, retailers, events and the health sector in order to revolutionise the customer experience in their venues. We work with some significant global brands, including O2, Telefonica global and House of Fraser as well as a number of other significant retail brands, as well as further restaurant brands and museums in UK and USA.

The Marketing Manager Role:

We have ambitious growth plans moving forward and we are looking to hire a new Marketing Manager to strategise, design, implement and oversee the company’s entire marketing activities as we scale our product to businesses across the UK and the rest of the globe.

You will have full responsibilities over the company’s marketing activities, which will be primarily B2B, using both online and offline channels. There may also be some consumer marketing activity. You will report directly to our CEO. You will have assistance from junior members of our team and over time you will have the opportunity to build you own marketing team.

In this role you will:

+ Produce copy for all digital and physical marketing content
+ Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, PR activities to the available budget
+ Create and arrange distribution of company marketing materials/collateral (physical and electronic) including, presentations, brochures, case studies, graphics, paraphernalia, sales proposals & client presentations
+ Manage and optimise the company website and online sign-up process and use digital marketing methods to increase traffic and online sign-ups to our service
+ Conceptulise and implement marketing campaigns using the most effective mediums
+ Develop the company’s brand, style and tone-of-voice to ensure uniform articulation of this brand in all marketing materials
+ Work with the product design and development team to ensure the articulation of the company’s brand & tone of voice within the product interfaces and user-experience (from the online sign-up process to the day-to-day user experience of the product)
+ Create templates and proof read and refine presentations and proposals created by the sales team
+ Manage customer databases & marketing lists and execute E-mail marketing campaigns
+ Management of Social media, Google Adwords, Linkedin, display ads and other channels
+ Consistently create written and image content for our teams to share via social media
+ Research and create Blog content and whitepaper articles to engage audiences in the retail and hospitality space
+ Source and manage opportunities for: events, advertising, press, sponsorship, competitions and speaking opportunities
+ Organise and attend events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions
+ Network and communicate with target audiences, and manage customer relationships
+ Conduct market research of target industries to identify their needs
+ Maintain awareness of competitor activities
+ Evaluate results of all marketing activities and campaigns to demonstrate how ROI is obtained and where to redeploy budgets to

Your Profile:

Software abilities:

+ Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
+ Adobe Photoshop and illustrator

Required Skills:

+ Extremely strong writing and communication capabilities and attention to detail
+ A commercial mindset
+ Understanding of digital marketing
+ Ability to use graphics tools (to some degree) and powerpoint (proficient)
+ Minimum of 2 years Experience in a marketing role for a technology company (preferably in the B2B SaaS space)
+ Excellent academic profile
