1st Line / Junior IT Support Technician/Mac OSX - Hammersmith - £25K

A dynamic and successful creative agency based near to Hammersmith station is currently recruiting for a 1st Line / Junior IT Support Technician to join their team. Candidates should have a minimum of 6-12 months previous experience in IT support, and as this is a creative environment it is essential that candidates have had exposure to both Mac and Windows support (candidates who have Mac computers at home may be considered suitable).

To be suitable, candidates should have the following technical skills:
- Administrative knowledge of Mac OSX
- Administrative knowledge of Windows 10/7
- Administrative knowledge of Office 2016/13
- Administrative knowledge of Active Directory
- Administrative knowledge of Office 365 (including Exchange Online)
- Experience with antivirus software
- Practical knowledge and experience with Imaging software
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Basic hardware troubleshooting
- Experience of call logging and process management
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a busy and social environment.

This 1st Line IT Support / Junior IT Support role is offering a salary up to £25,000 basic depending on experience, plus benefits. Offices are based within easy walking distance of Hammersmith Station, with excellent transport links.
