As the successful Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Coaching and motivating a team of sales consultants and ensuring they hit KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Increasing the team's sales conversion through a combination of training and feedback
Conducting quality checks on the sales executives calls, offering feedback, creating action plans and implementing them to improve results
Conducting 1-to-1s and sales performance reviews
Providing feedback to the sales performance manager and identifying areas for improvement
Supervise day-to-day sales team activities
Monitoring attendance, holidays, absences etc.

To succeed in your role as the Sales Team Leader you will need:
To have experience working in a target driven sales environment
A solid knowledge and experience of performance management and disciplinary processes
Experience in giving on the spot feedback
To show excellent commercial awareness and immerse yourself in the brand
Ideally have 2 years call centre management experience
A passion for travel and the industry
Avaya IQ experience (desirable)
The ability to motivate yourself and others with the ability to smash targets!

In return you will receive a basic salary of £25k per annum with a realistic 1st year OTE of £50k which is based on your team hitting pre-agreed and achievable KPIs (commission is uncapped). Additionally you will receive a contributory pension scheme, private health insurance, educational trips abroad and the opportunity to work in a fun and vibrant environment.

The office is open 7 days a week but you will only be required to work on 5 of the 7 days.
