Our client is currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to join their team based in Peterborough, the main purpose of this position is to provide professional and informed guidance to the business and to provide quality assurance services in respect to new products.

The key responsibilities are as follows -

- Manage the compliance with the B (CAP) code and specific regulations
- Analyse advertising issues for regulatory implications
- Manage the review of vendor claims substantiation and supporting materials
- Manage the new product introduction process to ensure that all compliance objectives are met.
- Be responsible for the QA teams maintenance and upkeep of the product information reports and that issues/tests are recorded on the relevant paperwork.
- Assist in training staff and provide coaching to the QA executive and Senior Technologist undertaking regular performance reviews.

You must have proven experience of managing a Quality Assurance/Compliance requirements, you will ideally have experience of working with consumer products and a basic knowledge of relevant statutory/compliance requirements.
