ADMINISTRATIVE PA - GLOBAL CONSULTANCY FIRM
A FABULOUS OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN WITH OUR CLIENT DUE TO THEIR EXCEPTIONAL GROWTH IN THE LAST YEAR. You will be part of a small administration team who support a number of corporate teams with all aspects of admin support. You will work closely with fee earners to ensure that they are fully supported and your duties will include:
- ensuring their documents are prepared in a timely manner (and amending documents)
- Data entry
- Coordination of meetings
- Tracking of expenses
As it is a small team you will need to be highly adaptable and able to assist with other duties outside of the above including covering reception, organising couriers, assisting IT, assisting with business developers.
